1. Definition
In these Terms and Conditions,
“The Rewards Club” or “TRC” is referred to the consumer rewards programme run by TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd.
“Member” is defined as every individual who signed up for The Rewards Club unless otherwise specified.
“TRCoin$ refers to the points awarded to Members as a currency of exchange for the rewards.
“Rewards” are defined as the goods, services, coupons or vouchers offered to Members in exchange for sufficient amount of TRCoin$.
“Partners” refer to organisations that will reward TRCoin$ to Members for the purchase of the goods or services offered by them.
“Membership” means those arrangements by which a Member agrees to participate in the programme and receives TRCoin$ by purchasing qualifying goods and services from Partners and so qualifies for Rewards under these Terms and Conditions.
“Merchant” means the providers or company/persons that are engaged by TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd to supply the Rewards or brands that list their products, services or gift vouchers on our Website.
“Business Partners” are defined as Partners, Suppliers, service suppliers, contractors, vendors, agencies, agents or persons, which are appointed by TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd for purposes of managing various aspects of the The Rewards Club.

2. Membership
TRC Membership is free. Only individuals above 18 years old may be Members. Any individual who wishes to become a Member must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time. Upon signing up, each verified Member will be access to the Members’ portal on TRC’s website and mobile application. When a Member collects or redeems their TRCoin$, TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd will record in our database the transaction on which the TRCoin$ are collected or redeemed.
TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd may refuse an application for Membership and reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for such refusal. A Member must notify TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd immediately of any change in information, especially phone number and email address, in order to receive OTP for sign-in.
TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd may terminate a Membership without notice and for any reason, including if the Member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions:
Termination of Membership will result in forfeiture of remaining TRCoin$ in a Member’s account. A Member may at any time terminate his or her Membership by giving notice to TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd. TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline the transfer of TRCoin$ at our discretion without assigning any reason.
TRC reserves the right to send TRCoin$ Summary Statement, catalogues or other promotional materials to a Member at its own discretion.
Any tax arising from a Member’s participation in the programme is the responsibility of the Member.

3. Collecting TRCoin$
TRCoin$ will be recorded in a Member’s Account, for purchases by the Member of qualifying goods or services from a Partner subject always to TRC’s right to appoint selected Partners to offer TRCoin$ to only specified groups of Members as part of any promotional and incentive programs. TRCoin$ may also be recorded in a Member’s Account in relation to promotional and incentive programs. TRC and Partners will from time to time determine which goods or services are qualifying goods and services and the number of TRCoin$ that will be recorded in a Member’s Account for such purchases. TRC, Partners and Merchants may from time to time offer exclusive promotion for specified groups of Members. Changes in Partners, Merchants, the TRCoin$ issuance rate and the offers, may be made without prior notification to Members.
For a Member to be entitled to TRCoin$, the following may apply: -
The Member may be introduced to other methods by which the Member may be able to receive TRCoin$ from the Partners and/or TRC, which will be announced in their promotional materials from time to time.
Members can refer to the TRC website at www.therewardsco.com to view the list of Partners and Merchants.
TRCoin$ cannot be redeemed until credited to the TRC Account of the Member and reflected under “TRCoin$ Redeemable”.
TRCoin$ will be recorded under “TRCoin$ Redeemable” only after the Partners have made payment to TRC for the TRCoin$. The length of time at which Partners will credit the TRCoin$ into the Member’s Account after purchase may vary from Partners to Partner.
TRC will from time to time forward a TRCoin$ Summary Statement to Member for setting out the opening TRCoin$ balance, TRCoin$ recorded and deducted during the period and closing TRCoin$ balance. However, TRCoin$ reserves the right to withhold sending the TRCoin$ Summary Statement for the following reasons: -
Member must notify TRC of any disputes arising over the TRCoin$ Summary Statement within one month from the date of the relevant Statement. Members are requested to provide supporting documents wherever applicable to assist TRC in settling the dispute. The Statement will otherwise be taken to be correct and binding on the Member. TRC’s decision on any such dispute is final and binding.
TRC will not record TRCoin$ given by any company, nor entertain any dispute arising from a Partner after they have ceased to be a Partner in the programme.

4. Redeeming Rewards
4.1 Normal Redemption
Only Members with sufficient TRCoin$ is eligible to redeem, and he/she may do so through the Member’s portal on TRC’s website or mobile application. Redemption orders once accepted by TRC cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and the affected TRCoin$ will not be reinstated. TRC gives no representation or warranty with respect to any products and/or services featured in the Rewards Catalogue or other channels of redemption. In particular, TRC gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the Rewards or their suitability for any purpose. However, Members may liaise directly with the Merchants according to the warranty awarded. Rewards which are in the form of certificates/vouchers, are valid for use only at participating outlets of the Merchants as mentioned on the certificates/vouchers and only for the specific matters mentioned therein. The certificates/vouchers are valid for use until the date specified and subject to the Terms and Conditions (which includes booking requirements, cancellation restrictions, warranties and limitations of liability) therein. If certificates/vouchers remain unused after date specified, the certificates/vouchers will lapse and will not be replaced. Issuance of dining, travel or hotel accommodation voucher does not constitute a reservation. The entitled Member is responsible for notifying and making all reservations. TRC does not accept liability whatsoever (including negligence) with respect to the Rewards supplied or in connection with any Merchants’ refusal to accept certificates/vouchers issued by TRC for the purpose of redeeming Rewards. Any disputes’ arising from this is solely between the Members and Merchants. Members are strongly advised to adhere to safety precautions and instructions when participating in activities organised by the Merchants, as TRC will not be held responsible for any outcome as a result of Members participation in the activity. For general Terms and Conditions on certificates/vouchers, please refer to clause 4.2 for more information.

4.2 Certificate / Voucher
These terms describe in detail the Terms and Conditions that applies to Rewards in the form of Certificates and Vouchers.
The certificate/voucher is only valid for use at participating outlets or Suppliers as mentioned on the certificate/voucher and only on specific matters mentioned therein. Please refer to the outlet listing for more specific terms.
The certificate/voucher is only valid for use until the expiry date indicated on it and is not transferable.
If the certificate/voucher remains unused after the expiry date, it will not be extended and replaced.
Cancellation of certificate/voucher will not be accepted to allow reinstatement of TRCoin$.
The certificate/voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
In the event that certificate/voucher is in the form of cash vouchers, the recipient will have to bear the difference if purchase of goods or services exceeds the certificate/voucher face value. If the purchase amount is less than the certificate/voucher value, the difference will not be paid out to the recipient.
It is the recipient's responsibility to make their own reservation with the participating outlets or Merchants when required. The recipient may be requested to present their new Identification Card/Passport, original certificate/voucher upon redemption at participating outlets. Only original certificates/vouchers will be accepted. Participating outlets or Merchants will not accept damaged, defaced, or photocopied certificate/vouchers.
The participating outlet or Merchants also reserves the right to decline the certificate/voucher if found to be forged, tampered, expired and the certificate/voucher details do not match the recipient's Identification Card/Passport.
TRC or the participating outlets/ Merchants will not replace lost, stolen, damaged and expired certificate/vouchers.
This certificate/voucher may not be valid during promotions or special offers. As such, the recipient is required to refer to the participating outlets/Suppliers during the stipulated period of the certificate/voucher validity.
Participating outlets or Merchants’ own Terms and Conditions (which includes reservation requirements, cancellation restrictions, warranties and limitations) will also apply.

5. Delivery of Rewards
If the Reward is only valid in physical form, TRC will endeavor to deliver the redeemed Rewards to Members within 2 to 4 weeks upon receiving the redemption request from the Member. Rewards will be posted or delivered to the current address of the Member shown in TRC's record or any other address as authorized by the Member. Member/recipient of Reward(s) is obliged to present ID documentation to the delivery staff, failing which the delivery staff has the right to refuse delivery and will return the Reward item to TRC as unclaimed. Delivery of Rewards will be made to the address as specified by the Member, or to the occupants at the delivery address, and where such address is an office, to any office staff. Such acknowledgment shall be deemed to be the acknowledgment of the Member.
Members are advised to examine all pick-ups or delivered Rewards upon receipt. If Member finds the Reward item faulty/damaged, he/she is requested to contact TRC's Member Services Centre within 7 days from receipt date. Any disputes after 7 days will not be entertained, and Members will be required to liaise directly with the respective Suppliers according to the warranty information.
All Rewards delivered do not include installation cost - any installation cost incurred will be borne by Members.
TRC will impose a separate delivery or courier charges or, where appropriate, deduct a set number of TRCoin$ to account for delivery charges under the following circumstances:
All Rewards unclaimed after 2 months from the redemption date will be deemed as forfeited. TRCoin$ used will not be reinstated. It is the Member’s responsibility to contact TRC if the Reward item has not been received after 2 months from request.
All Rewards are subject to availability. Once redeemed, these Rewards cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and TRCoin$ will not be reinstated. TRC reserves the right to adjust the TRCoin$ required for redemption of Rewards, as well as replacing any Rewards with other item of approximate equivalent value without prior notice. TRC reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any Rewards or recall the redeemed item if TRC has any reason to suspect the TRCoin$ were fraudulently accumulated by the Member or wrongly recorded.
All Rewards are subject to such Terms and Conditions as are mentioned in the current Rewards schedule or in any other Terms and Conditions relating to the Reward, as determined by the Merchants, including any ticket for airline travel. It is the Member’s responsibility to satisfy any Terms and Conditions imposed by an airline or other Merchants including advance booking requirements and any restrictions and/or fees payable in respect of the cancellation or alteration of tickets.

6. Deduction of TRCoin$
The number of TRCoin$ published for a Reward claimed by a Member will be deducted from the TRCoin$ balance of the Member’s Account, with the oldest TRCoin$ being deducted first. Any TRCoin$, which are not used by a Member to claim a Reward within 24 months after the end of the month in which the TRCoin$ were recorded, will automatically expire and be deducted from the balance in a Member’s Account.
TRC may also deduct from the TRCoin$ balance in a Member’s Account, given the following circumstances: -
TRC reserves the right to deduct any TRCoin$ as stated above without notifying the Member.

7. Policy on Personal Data
TheRewardsCo Pte Ltd and its reward programme respect the privacy of its Members. This is TRC’s policy on personal data collected through the programme. It is part of the TRC Membership Terms and Conditions and Members are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of these Terms and Conditions including this Policy on Personal Data.
By providing us your personal data and your continued use of our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Members shall ensure that all personal data provided to TRC is accurate at the point of submission and that TRC is kept abreast and updated of any change in their personal details.
TRC controls the personal data described below.

Use of Personal Data
Personal data supplied by an applicant for Membership, and/or which relates to the account of a Member, including without limitation, the personal data of the Member, may be used or processed by TRC and/or its affiliates in order to:
In each case the processing will take place at any time during the course of the application process and/or in the course of the Membership, and may continue after the Membership has ended.
The supply of the following personal data by an applicant or a Member is necessary for the purpose of operating the Member’s Account: Name (as stated in ID/Passport), Gender, Date of Birth, verified Contact Numbers, email address, failing which the Account cannot be set up or continued, as the case may be.
From time to time, TRC may ask for additional information, to help improve its services to Members, to create more opportunities for Members to enjoy the programme, to follow up with Members for feedback or to help prevent abuse of the programme.
TRC may automatically collect other information about Members indirectly through its database such as customer profile and consumer behavior. Any customer information (including Members name and contact details) and consumer behavior but excluding information that relate to specific goods or services that a Member buys, may be used by TRC to analyze Members’ activity under the programme.
Any of this information may be used by, and shared between TRC and its Partners where necessary to operate the programme in order to provide Members with services relating to the programme, to communicate with Members, to status Members, to promote offers to Members, to fulfill Members’ requests including redemption orders and for identification purposes. TRC may also use that information, and share it with the Partners in order to facilitate various services to the Members, to extend Member benefits and special offers, and for marketing purposes including planning, product development, telemarketing promotions, research and other carefully screened marketing programmes or activities, which TRC and/or the Partners believe are likely to interest Members.
In the event that a Member or any individual who is the subject of the personal data supplied wishes to limit the use (including disclosure) by TRC and/or its affiliates in any way of any personal data supplied pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, they should make such request by notice in writing to TRC as indicated in ‘Contacting TRC’ below.

Recipients of Personal Data
TRC and its affiliates may therefore disclose personal data relating to, a Member and/or a Member’s Account(s), to any of the following:
Any of this information may be used by, and shared between TRC and its Business Partners where necessary to operate the programme in order to provide Members with services relating to the programme, to communicate with Members, to status Members, to promote offers to Members, to fulfill Members’ requests including redemption orders and for identification purposes. TRC may also use that information, and share it with the Business Partners in order to facilitate various services to the Members, to extend Member benefits and special offers, and for marketing purposes including planning, product development, telemarketing promotions, research and other carefully screened marketing programmes or activities, which TRC and/or the Business Partners believe are likely to interest Members.
In each case the recipients may be located in countries that do not have laws to protect personal data, however in these circumstances TRC will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data is appropriately protected.

Marketing
In the case of successful Membership applications, TRC intends to use the information supplied in an application and/or during the course of any Membership, to send Member, information about goods and/or services offered by TRC and its Business Partners which may be of interest. Such person(s) will be given the opportunity to indicate their consent to such contact by signing on the relevant application form or by giving online consent. Any person that wishes to withdraw such consent may do so by using the ‘unsubscribe’ facility on any marketing email or give notice in writing to TRC.
Information regarding the specific goods or services a Member buys from a particular Partner will not be passed to TRC or any other TRC’s Business Partners except where required to operate the programme. A Partner with whom a Member uses his or her TRCoin$ on or take up an offer, may use information about the specific goods or services which the Member registers interest or purchases, to market to the Member or to update a database on which the Member already appears and will be entitled to do this even if the Member leaves the programme. Members can refer to the TRC website at www.bumico.com to view the list of Partners (which for these purposes include all companies in the same legal group).
TRC and its Business Members may also use the information supplied in an application and/or during the course of a Membership to contact Members and/or their representatives regarding their use of the TRCoin$. Any objection to such contact may be registered by: ticking the box supplied on the relevant application, nomination or registration form, or using the ‘unsubscribe’ facility on any related email.
Any of this information may be used by, and shared between TRC and its Business Partners where necessary to operate the programme in order to provide Members with services relating to the programme, to communicate with Members, to status Members, to promote offers to Members, to fulfill Members’ requests including redemption orders and for identification purposes. TRC may also use that information, and share it with the Business Partners in order to facilitate various services to the Members, to extend Member benefits and special offers, and for marketing purposes including planning, product development, telemarketing promotions, research and other carefully screened marketing programmes or activities, which TRC and/or the Business Partners believe are likely to interest Members.
Members are also requested to take special care to keep their One-Time Pin (OTP) and login details and not disclose it to anyone else. TRC is not responsible for any abuse of the Member’s OTP and login details. Should a Member believe that an unauthorized person has become aware of their login details, the Member is obliged to contact TRC immediately.
For as long as a Member remains in the programme and maintains his/her Membership with TRC, their information will remain with TRC. TRC will take all practicable steps to ensure the security of the data at all times from any unauthorized access. TRC will endeavor not to disclose any personally identifiable information to any organization unless necessary to operate the programme and/or if TRC is legally required to do so by law. Members will be treated as having given permission for disclosures referred to in this policy.

8. Contacting TRC
In the event that any Member or applicant who is the subject of the personal data supplied pursuant to these Terms and Conditions becomes aware that their Account related information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or needs updating in any respect, or wishes to access such information, they should make such request in writing by:

9. General
TRCoin$, and any rights they confer, cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. TRCoin$ have no cash or monetary value. TRC may, at its absolute discretion, allow the transfer of TRCoin$ under certain exceptional circumstances.
TRC may change, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions, the Reward offers and/or the Partners. TRC may make that change even if it has the effect of reducing or extinguishing the number or value of, or the period of expiry of, any existing or future TRCoin$. TRC will attempt to notify Members of any changes. TRC may also change, at any time and without prior notice, the qualifying goods and services and/or the number of TRCoin$, which Members will receive for purchasing such goods and services.
A notice shall be deemed to be given by TRC to a Member if it is posted to the address of the Member appearing in the TRC records or published in the media or on TRC’s website at www.bumico.com.
TRC is not liable under the following circumstances:-
All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under the programme are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability TRC may have to a Member under legislation in respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing the goods, at TRC’s option. TRC provides the programme for Partners and Merchants, and each exclusion or limitation of liability in these Terms and Conditions also applies to each of those companies, their employees and agents. TRC’s Business Partners do not have any authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of TRC.
TRC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the TRC programme at any time without prior notice. TRC reserves the right to assign or sell the programme to another company whereby TRC transfers all rights and obligations under these Membership terms without any further consent and may disclose or transfer all information held about the Members and to a prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer may not alter the rights of the Member in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company.
